How do I track my order status?

Please contact us at +6011 2160 5181 after 24hrs with your order number if you do not received any notification from us after your purchase or if you have any enquiry on your order. We will assist you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my Order?
After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
Item should arrive on the same day it is shipped out (unless there are unforeseen delays on the road ie. Accident, breakdown, traffic issues – this will be out of our control)
Should there be delays in delivery, our customer service will contact you and reschedule delivery

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our logistic partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel during working days only.
How will I know the exact date and time of the delivery?
We schedule the delivery time and date with you, then confirm with you on an exact date and time before sending out the items.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to authorise someone else to sign for the item when it arrives. If delivery is unsuccessful because there was no one to sign for the item, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Is there any domestic area in Malaysia that you cannot deliver to?
Conlex Enteprise can deliver to Klang Valley and Putrajaya only at this moment. If we cannot deliver, we will notify you and issue you a full refund.
Can you deliver the package to my office?
We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address. For bulky items, buyer needs to check with the building management in regards to bulk item delivery (not all buildings allow for bulky item delivery unless authorised). If prior arrangements were not made, and item was not delivered due to Buyer oversight, a re-delivery fee will apply.
